Directions Use 1 scoop of Designer Whey, 2-4 times a day, depending upon your bodyweight, metabolic status, workout program, diet and recovery needs. Add 1 scoop to 3-10 oz. water, milk, juice, yogurt or your favorite recipe. Stir until dispersed. Drink immediately. Add more or less liquid as you like. For best results: Upon rising to break the muscle wrecking over-night fast: 1 scoop; prior to workout: 1 scoop; immediately following your workout within 30 minutes: 1 scoop; before bed to combat the muscle wrecking fast: 1 scoop.
