Cycle 1 Extra hard training period can be used everyday 22 days straight. After 22 days, you should stop usage for two weeks before starting another cycle.
Cycle 2 5 days on, 2 days off.. With these dose scheme you can use bullet proof for up to 8 weeks before taking a 2 week break from the product. Take bullet proof only on a day you workout for best results.

Take one heaping scoop of Bullet Proof with 10-12 oz of water 30-45 minutes prior to bedtime. First time users should try an initial does of 1/ 2 serving and determine their sensitivity to the product. Cycle 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. For daily dosing For optimal results 8 hours of sleep is suggested. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24 hour period. For best results take on empty stomach. Upon waking up, provide yourself up to 30 minutes for initial drowsiness.
