To experience the full benefits of this potent supplement, follow the recommended dosing protocol: 30-45 minutes before your workout, as a dietary supplement, consume 1 scoop (1 serving) of Six Star N.O. Fury mixed with 5-6 oz. of cold water. If you weren't jacked by N.O. Fury's power, gradually work your way up to 2-3 scoops mixed with 5-15 oz. of cold water until you reach maximum training intensity. Recommended use on training days: After your tolerance has been assessed, consume 1 to 3 scoops of N.O. Fury mixed with cold water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to weight training. To maximize results, take on an empty stomach. Recommended use on non-training days: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz. of water and consume on an empty stomach. Do not exceed three servings per day.
