ON Creatine 750 Caps
Dietary Supplement. Creapure. Optimum Nutrition's Create 750 Caps are manufactured with the same Creatine Monohydrate found in our other premium creatine products.
Each capsule is formulated for rapid disintegration and maximum absorption with 750 mg of pure Creatine Monohydrate. Creatine 750 Caps are produced and packaged in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) in our own state-of-the-art, OTC approved facility.
Directions
Suggested Use: Consume 20-25 g of Creatine Monohydrate for 4-5 days to help promote muscle saturation. Maintain creatine levels within 5-7 g per day, thereafter. For best results, take capsules (in divided doses) with a sugary, non-acidic and non-caffeinated beverage, at intervals several hours apart. Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat.
